This site is operated by Viktor Ziegler, Kresánkova 3580/7A, 841 05 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 55392148, registered in the Trade Register of the Bratislava District Office, No. 110-326920 — also the controller of your personal data. We process your data for one purpose only — to respond to your request. Nothing else.
What we collect
Only what you send us yourself via the form or questionnaire: name, email, phone, company name and type, and the description of your request. We also record which page you sent the form from.
Why we process it
So we can contact you and prepare a tailored proposal. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox when you submit.
Where it is stored
In our internal CRM database (Supabase, EU servers). We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in touch about your request, at most 24 months after the last contact — then we delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and port your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
